comfortable 2 storey building, built
from hand carved natural stone.
The villa is generously designed and
offers plenty of well-organized living
space. Villa Aliki has 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is located at the ground
floor while master bedroom and
bedroom 3 are on the 1st floor.
The honey blond stones of the walls,
the matching tiles on the floor and the
dark wooden beams on the ceiling
provide a very warm and comfortable
atmosphere.
After passing the remote-controlled
entrance gate the driveway leads you to
private parking area in front of the
pergola covered entrance terrace and
BBQ area.
A set of wooden chairs
(6) and table invites for delicious and
relaxed breakfast with the whole family
and wonderful dinner prepared by local
products and grilled on the BBQ.
From the entrance terrace the front door
opens into the spacious hallway. An open
archway at the left-hand side connects
the hallway with the large and
comfortable living room.
The living room is open towards the
modern and well-equipped kitchen. The
two rooms are only divided by the large
wooden dining table and an open
archway. Both providing a reasonable
structure and functionality.
Tastefully selected furniture, tiles and
fabrics harmonize perfectly with the
natural stones of the walls and ceiling
beams.
2 large sliding doors open from the living
room to the pool deck where the private
pool with crystal-clear water invites for a
refreshing swim.
The pool deck is directly connected to the
covered outdoor dining area which also is
directly accessible from the kitchen via
french door.
The first bedroom is located at the
ground floor and can be directly accessed
from the hallway.
The 2nd bedroom and the master
bedroom are located on the upper floor
and can be reached via extra wide stair at
the right side of the hallway. In addition
to the 2 bedrooms the upper floor
features a large bathroom with shower
and a spacious terrace with amazing
views to the Cretan Sea and the White
Mountains.
The trace can be directly
accessed from the bedrooms via French
doors. Additionally, the terrace can also
be accessed directly from the landing
platform of the stair.
